I called to make an appointment; assigned Saturday 3/26 at 10:30 AM. When I arrived they did not have the appointment in their records. Kimberly came through for me as I had to pick up my wife and an elderly friend at 2:00 P.M. My battery was bad and I did well to get to the dealership.
