I recently had my car serviced at Gettel Acura - I took my car in thinking my battery needed changed or my electrical system was corrupt, or both - Gettel ran a diagnostic review and assured me I did not n my car in thinking my battery needed changed or my electrical system was corrupt, or both - Gettel ran a diagnostic review and assured me I did not need to replace my battery or overhaul my electrical system. It was nice to have confidence that I can take my car in for future service and will not be taken advantage of just because I am a woman. Roger was my service manager and he was quite responsive to my calls and questions. As always, my car exterior was washed and came home looking like new. More

I had an impending surgery that went well but was invasive and disuptive that I anticipated and Ms. Michael's understanding of my need to have my vehicle in top shape is worth mentioning and I feel should be highlighted. Please reset the dates allowable for rating since I was in no shape to do correcly untl today and the surgery and prolonged recovery were the reason. Utter professional and "beyond reproach" in all areas. No better compliment in my mind. More
