Mr Gettel you have a great crew working at this dealership in my experience so far with the sales department! Rich and Dan were patient, knowledgeable and courteous through out the entire purchase dealership in my experience so far with the sales department! Of course I would pick the busiest day of the year to purchase (New Years Eve)… so the wait to complete the deal with finance was painful… but that was entirely self inflicted. (Should have picked a different day). Even the young lady in finance who was there late into the evening with me was gracious! I brought my 87yo mother with me earlier in the day when I test drove vehicles and shockingly… she now wants to trade her 2005 Cadillac that is her prized possession in on a Kia Soul!!
