The day after we purchase the car, I noticed pulling to the right, so I took it in at the first available opportunity to get an alignment. When I left the dealership within a mile of the battery system, li the right, so I took it in at the first available opportunity to get an alignment. Windshield replacement for a Canadian vehicle. Rich in parts worked to identify the needed part number and order it in. Kept me advised throughout. One area for improvement would be to keep me posted on expected completion time as it was a longer wait than I was advised and expecting. (Not Gettel issue as third party windshield company was apparently late in showing up but I still would have preferred a regular update on timing. Overall I am very happy and will return for service.
