Roger is excellent however, the dealership seemed to be short staffed. What should have been 1 1/2 hour service time was 3 1/2 hours (from a 1:30 pm appointment to 5 pm). I was told that the butler service would take approx 90 minutes. Unfortunately my car was not ready for an additional 45 minutes which caused me to get stuck in terrible traffic and made me late to pick up minutes.
