Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told my appointment didn’t “update” to the system! I was told this happens a lot! After seeing my vehicle pull up in the “completed” lane my wife and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes just to check out! Having only one service representative on duty is no way to treat customers!!! Horrible experience!!!! More
