Brian I didn’t go to your website, I was a walk-in. I looked at an Accord and was ready to buy until my wife sat in the passenger seat and could barely see over the dash. Only 4 way power no height adjustment. At which point I told her that Honda makes Acura and we walked in. Dealing with your sales manager was not a good experience. I’m a car guy and had my wife not liked the car as much as she did I would have walked. I’m all for a decent profit but your margins birder on greed. I’m still waiting for my warranty.

The vehicle was a low mileage Certified Acura, although you elected to not purchase an extension of this coverage, you still receive the standard Certified warranty along with the vehicle still having remaining factory warranty from Acura. Brian Water under the bridge. You keep trying to justify passing your cost of doing business on to the customer. The deal is done, my wife likes the car, but please don’t use me as a referral. You won’t be pleased.
