I apologize that you had such an unpleasant experience with your vehicle and with your purchase of it. I see that after the purchase you contacted us and it was brought back in and was re-inspected for the power steering pump issue and that it checked out fine and was operating as normal. My team also mentioned that while you were here they also offered our 3-day exchange policy to allow you to select another vehicle. Online pricing unfortunately never includes interest as a client has the option to pay cash for a vehicle where there is no interest and if you do finance a vehicle, the interest is going to be based on the individual. I believe our finance manager discussed these as well as you signed the finance contract but if you have any questions I am happy to have someone from finance reach out to go over the forms with you again that you signed. That is not a problem at all as we want to ensure you understand everything in your owner's packet. Please let me know directly if these issues have not been resolved or if what I have is incorrect so I can get it corrected for you. First of all your techs dint know everything about all cars. You font have to be a tech to tell that steering gets stuck when going slow. My mechanic checked it snd saud it was steering pump. Sunset cadi wants 855.00. Secondly, NOBODY OFFERED ME A 3 day return. Dan SPECIFICALLY SAID, as is . I never bought a car that gave me a price and didnt include interest. That is so MISLEADING. As bad as i felet, getting iver covid 19, I would NEVER pay 20k for a 2012 car. Why wouldnt i take any waranty . Dan is a liar, he would sell a car ,FOR A PROFIT, no matter what. They folded the work sheet an put in pamphlet. When i signed papers with Abby , she never mentioned total just monthly payment. That would have been brought back the next day but, dan RAILRODED ME . He was pressured to sell car by 3/31. I only live on social security, i have to do without to afford this car. I brought to vlads attention , see what he thought. If i dint get a comprimise, im going to 8 on your side. All I want is a fair shake. He gave me. xx. Story because he did know what was wrong with my car. He should have checked. But , he didn't give me allowance fir something wrong with caddi He took advantage of a suck old man. Please resolve this situation fast. Im losing alot of sleep over the swindle . Thanks for your concern and help
