Dealership needs to be in sync when after meeting with associate that is interested in purchasing your car and it is expressed by the owner not at this time for reasons discussed there should no longer be associate that is interested in purchasing your car and it is expressed by the owner not at this time for reasons discussed there should no longer be additional emails asking to buy your car. Roger does a great job taking care of my car. There is never any pressure only discussion and dialog to determine what is best for me the customer. This is what quality customer service means. Doing it right the first time. Jason is extremely helpful when decisions need to be made about the pro and cons of buying another car now that Acura is planning to sell an electric car and help bring down fossil fuel emissions to help meet the 2030 target of 50% lower GHG emissions.
