It is hard to say that spending $1,300 for a 90,000-mile service is great, but the work had to be done, and Lucy did all she could to make the servicing as cost-effiecient as possible. The gentleman that greeted me upon arrival at the service driveway was very friendly. I entered the service department and was promptly greeted by name with a friendly "Hello" from Lucy. I recently leased my second Acura TSX from Gettel. I dealt with Jarmo on both deals and he is a great guy to work with.
