Gettel Acura

I recently bought a used vehicle from them. Apparently they wanted to sell it bad so they lowered the price. and did minor repairs to it.I have had the car for about a month now and so far i put an additi they wanted to sell it bad so they lowered the price. and did minor repairs to it.I have had the car for about a month now and so far i put an additional $600 into it and still going.Had to replace driver side axle,passenger side shock mount was broke and now i have to get the transmission seal replaced. Seems they did a temporary fix on every thing More

Roger is absolutely fantastic to work with. He watches out for his Acura customers and you always know that if Roger says you need a repair then you need a repair. I have had service completed on my vehi out for his Acura customers and you always know that if Roger says you need a repair then you need a repair. I have had service completed on my vehicle at other dealerships in the past where you felt that the service department was trying to sell you service you don't need. You won't get that at Acura with Roger. He provides exceptional service and is extremely trust worthy. With Roger and Gettel Acura you can be confident that you will be taken care of and not taken advantage of. You can buy an Acura at any Acura dealership in the nation and get the same car. However, you won't get the same exceptional service that you get with Roger and Gettel Acura. You buy a car and take it home. It's the service area and service advisors like Roger that really separate an average dealership from a great dealership. My wife and I own two Acura RLs and will be in the market for another new car in the next couple years. I have every intention of buying another Acura from Gettel and have no plans of shopping anywhere else. My purchase decision will be due to the fantastic and consistently great service I get from Roger at Gettel Acura. More
