When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was informed that they sold the car to another person who had an appointment after mine. They are unethical and obviously give poor customer service. If they promise you anything they will not keep their word no matter how far you drive to their dealership. Shop elsewhere! More

I liked the RLX, but it was hard to believe what he quoted. His attitude was basically haughty. Despite my history with Acura, I've just leased a Genesis....nice folks and low key. After 24 years with Acura, I was basically blown off. More
