When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was informed that they sold the car to another person who had an appointment after mine. They are unethical and obviously give poor customer service. If they promise you anything they will not keep their word no matter how far you drive to their dealership. Shop elsewhere! More

Absolutely I got a 90 days warranty but they did not gave me warranty paper that I checked it. I asked for Gettel for warranty paper but they did not send it yet. Another xxxx you Gettel. Finally, my Dad check the car and change starter then working good now. xxxx you Gettel Acura!!! Again, do not deceive any high rating to Gettel Acura but just one or lower rate is correct. More
