The salesman was pleasant, but the sales manager (big guy....6 foot, 5 inches) took over.....came through with a lousy attitude and an unbelievably high quote, which was insulting. I liked the RLX, but it was hard to believe what he quoted. His attitude was basically haughty. Despite my history with Acura, I've just leased a Genesis....nice folks and low key. After 24 years with Acura, I was basically blown off. More

By the time we arrived it had been approved and in a professional and efficient manner all documents were signed in an amazing new computer system. We were out of Gettel Acura in 1.50 hrs and on our way to Sarasota to have dinner where we had reservations. We recommend you pay a visit without a shadow of doubt. More

So I contact to dealer and they want to see directly and I bring the car but they said they do not service with no reason. What the xxxx is them. so I contact another dealer in tampa but after they talking to Gettel and said can not give to any service also. xxxx you Gettel. I do not know what happen them. Absolutely I got a 90 days warranty but they did not gave me warranty paper that I checked it. I asked for Gettel for warranty paper but they did not send it yet. Another xxxx you Gettel. Finally, my Dad check the car and change starter then working good now. xxxx you Gettel Acura!!! Again, do not deceive any high rating to Gettel Acura but just one or lower rate is correct. More

Pleased with the experience so I traded it in for a 2013 TL. Searched on Internet and found a few models from 2011-2014 since it was the model styling I was looking for. I visited and found a nice 2013 w/ tech package. Negotiations went very well and got what I believe to be a great price. I know this because I was searching for these cars for about 3 wks. My only criticism was their financing. Over the phone I was told that they had .99% financing. I repeated while negotiating on the vehicle that I was expecting this rate. When I finally spoke to their finance that the best rate they could give me was 3.5%. I will eventually refinance with my Credit Union at 1.75%. Other than that I had a very good experience. I found that the dealership was willing to negotiate and I will probably do business with them again. More
Service I bought my 2009 Honda Pilot from the used lot. I have taken it back to have different services, one is my ac stopped working I took it to them last y I bought my 2009 Honda Pilot from the used lot. I have taken it back to have different services, one is my ac stopped working I took it to them last year and they put in a new compressor. I took it back to them a few months after it was installed because the air wasn't cold it was low on freon, they recharged it and I was on my way then in April I took back because my air wasn't cold again they replaced the relay $22.00. Then in May I took it back due to my compressor not working again. I was told they would replace my compressor I would have to pay the labor. Over $200. Now in July my A/C went out again they looked it all over to try and figure out why my compressors keep going out and they tell me I need a new accumulator and a new compressor and I will have to pay over $200 again for labor and they will not warranty any of the work because the warranty is only good from the first time I purchased the compressor. I did really like this place but not after this last episode, I am over them. More

The store manager gave me above price for my M Benz C300 Lisa Silvestri was excellent he she knew all the answers that I had asked the deal was unbelievable Jamie Demers Business Manager worked extra hours to do all the paper work I am a happy customer and they have won my business for life time excellent service and I got all and more than I wanted no questions asked. 10+ rating customer lounge area was clean and cool good stock of new and used car to choose from.@ Gettel Acura Sarasota they know have to take care of there customers.ps no upsale at all. More
