Much prefer the transparent way of doing business where you pay the lowest price they are willing to sell up front and do not charge ridiculous miscellaneous fees which are just a way of adding to profit margins. The dealership was quick to fix an issue on the finance side which saved the deal and earns the finance department a 5 out 5 as well as kudos to whomever made the decision to do the "right thing" The facilities are clean, bright and offer a pleasant atmosphere with complimentary coffee, water and cookies. More

Great sales experience Used Carfax and found a used Acura RDX, great price, low mileage. Asked to be contacted and within 10 minutes Bobbi called and let me know the vehicl Used Carfax and found a used Acura RDX, great price, low mileage. Asked to be contacted and within 10 minutes Bobbi called and let me know the vehicle was available. Made plans to see it that night. Bobbi met us at the door and turned us over to our sales rep Vlad. Vlad was great, test drove the RDX and decided to buy. Price online was the sale price plus tax, registration and 899 dealer fee. Paid cash. Jamie, the finance manager, offered us extended warranty options and we declined. He was not too pushy. We arrived at 545, left at 800. Came today to finish the "weowe" list and went smoothly. Ionized the AC and got the second key. No charge. Probably the best used car buying experience I have ever had. More

Disappointed Gettel Acura has been my Acura dealer for almost six yet when buying a car I was disappointed in overall treatment in purchasing a 2016 Acura MDX.
