As soon as I contacted them about my interest in I bought a used Lexus RX450h from Gettel Acura and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. As soon as I contacted them about my interest in the car, Joe sent me an email with the details and a video introducing himself. It really made me feel comfortable with the process. I knew I wanted the car, but they went above and beyond to build my confidence in their integrity. They were very upfront about the vehicles history, totally flawless, and even offered to deliver the car to me, despite living 3 hours away. The financial manager Jay helped me through the buying process, including all the paperwork I’d need to give them. As a first time car buyer, I'm so happy he didn’t try to convince me to buy warenties and extra features I didn’t want or need. Joe delivered the car and let me take a test drive of my choosing before we even touched the paperwork. He walked me through all of it, making sure I understood everything before I signed it. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend Gettel Acura to anyone looking to buy. More
