Heavy rain so I was told arrangements had been made to allow me to leave my BMW trade at the covered service reception area. Very helpful gentleman guided me to the proper door to find the Internet manager who had worked up a potential deal. Upon entry I encountered numerous friendly staff members who found Ray Kahn, my initial contact. Every where I turned a friendly face asked if I needed anything. None of them had a stake in the deal but my impression was- this is a positive work environment. Someone built a great team. Dan Lussier is the sales manager. Ray and Dan put me in good hands by introducing me to Austin Adams my sales associate. They had the 2017 TLX Technology edition ready for my test drive. Austin was the right guy to take me on the right roads to demonstrate the incredible handling of the TLX. When we returned I knew I wanted the car. While we were out Dan had fully examined my trade and we came to agreement on a number. I asked when I could pick it up. They explained that they had DMV privileges on site and I would be driving car home as soon as it could be detailed and the paper work completed. James Demers is the Finance director and using an electronic desk, expedited the closing and soon I was on the road. From soup to nuts two hours. Best car buying experience in my 70 years. More

Gettel Acura worked an amazing deal for me that still cannot believe. I lease my car and I was in an infinity Q50. I still had 4 moths left on my lease. Malcom and sales manager Dan worked a lease deal o cannot believe. I lease my car and I was in an infinity Q50. I still had 4 moths left on my lease. Malcom and sales manager Dan worked a lease deal on a 2020 TLX AWD 6 cy ASPEC for the vehicle price of $32900. I could not pass the deal up even though I had time left on my lease. Great service and I am sure the pandemic and the new 2021s coming in helped. Sales rep Malcom Blanc and Sales manager Dan were great to work with. Love the car and the residual value after 3yr 15k lease is 21750. I have NEVER given cars sales people a Good review as it is usually a PIA to go beck and forth. Well never say never I feel like I got a GREAT deal on a Great car. More

Ending lease and beginning new one Stopped in to see process for turning in our 2017 MDX, and met with Vlad, who had done that lease for me 3 years ago. We ended up leasing a 2020 MDX Stopped in to see process for turning in our 2017 MDX, and met with Vlad, who had done that lease for me 3 years ago. We ended up leasing a 2020 MDX, and were pleased with the service, expertise, and ease of doing so. Vlad is organized and took care of every detail of the lease efficiently. Only wish we had had more time with the Senior Acura Genius Ted, going over all the technical details of how to work everything. We will go back and meet with him soon. More
