Financing was really a breeze. The one and only item I could’ve been more happy with, was the explanation of all the interior buttons, lighting, speedometer, etc. We went over things very briefly, and I would’ve liked it to be a lot more in depth. Since this car was not the same brand as the dealership, I think the sales person was not quite as familiar with this car. More

Service department did not handle problem car was brought in for. Key fob was malfunctioning sporadically, wouldn’t open the door. Acura’s solution, carry both keys or unlock it manually. Glad I paid for the key replacement program. I guess I’ll have to lose the key to get any help. Poor service!! More
