Over all the experience was positive. The deal was negotiated via email and text. The internet negotiations were a bit painful (dragged on for several days), but we accomplished it with some assistanc negotiated via email and text. The internet negotiations were a bit painful (dragged on for several days), but we accomplished it with some assistance from management and a 2nd salesman. Had it been face to face i believe we could have come to terms faster. I would have preferred a more streamlined experience. The closing took about 3 hrs and that was just to sign the paperwork with finance. They kept me waiting knowing i had driven 3.5 hrs to purchase the car. I was already pre approved, so in my opinion 30-45 mins is all it should have taken. I am pleased with the vehicle and overall experience nonetheless. More
