It took more than a month to deliver a used car. I was ask to come to showroom multiple time. It doesnot have a spare wheel and tool kit which was missed by me. The only issue I had was that they told me I had to pay for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked who my salesperson was so I described him, he is the one who told me 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 service to my car was included at no fee to me. It was resolved but I had to sit on hold for quite a while and then was told someone would get back to me and they did about a half hour later. More
