Work was done fine, but they scraped rear corner bumper of my suv and never bothered to notify me. I am sure it was scraped during service in their very tight space. Since the vehicle was parked face out, of my suv and never bothered to notify me. I am sure it was scraped during service in their very tight space. Since the vehicle was parked face out, I did not notice it during pickup. I noticed once I got home and they closed at 5 pm. Very unprofessional of them. Not sure if I ever will come back service there. There are other more caring vw dealership out there. More

John did an excellent job working with me on this Taos deal. Pricing was up front with very little negotiations needed. During our test drive John was very informative and explained everything clearly r deal. Pricing was up front with very little negotiations needed. I explained to John that I was specifically looking for a certain model/color with panoramic moonroof. John guaranteed me that he would search other dealers for my car. And he did... within 1hr he located one and had it at the dealer the next day. I've never had a salesman that communicated as well as John throughout the entire process.
