Naveen, thanks for the feedback. We do appreciate constructive criticism and feedback, although we do feel your “fraud” verbiage is unjust and without merit. We do our very best to do business in good faith however, we can not control the consumers credit rating and unfortunately the lender has to make decisions based off of the consumers previous credit history. I thought we had a good alternative plan in your case, we just needed some time to secure the vehicle and bring it to the store for you. We will take most of your feedback and use it to be better moving forward. Good luck with your vehicle search.

Fraud is justified because your team refused to answer my call or text as soon as I asked for return of my down payment . I called your dealership 7 times on 10/08/2022 between 10:00 am-10:45am , even asked for GM but no avail and sometimes it was directed to Jason's voicemail intentionally even when I never asked for him ( besides several times yesterday & day before yesterday ) and only after I wrote a review on dealer rater that your team called back( within 5 minutes from time I posted the review) and offered to return the money. Also I understand sometimes deals can take time or it may not happen for uncontrolled circumstances but then not informing the customer or lying that everything is fine but then not doing anything is unacceptable and unprofessional . Please don't waste people's time , sometime just being honest helps

Thanks for the response. I do know 1st hand that we’ve been in communication with you daily. 7 calls in a 15 min timeframe is a lot. Did you leave a message for us? If we didn’t know you were calling, I don’t think it could be considered fraud? In case you didn’t know, Fraud by definition is “wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain”. So, we apologize for missing your phone call.

I did leave message yesterday and today . Please go check your call records and see how many phone calls you received from number ending with 0807 . While I being on the phone I could hear that call being routed from GM's desk to Jason's desk even when I never said I want to talk to Jason (That thing doesnt happen on its own , someone has to do it manually ) . Its not rocket science , when someone calls ,the number is displayed and person on the other side has a choice to answer or not answer. There was no response to text either . You are right abt definition of Fraud and that's precisely what I meant . I messaged clearly to Jason that deal is no go ,so please refund the money and your dealership failed to acknowledge that message . That's wrongful intent /deception and plan to not return the down payment until I continued to be persistent to get my funds back
