Was scheduled for new tires and alignment-was notified literally ten minutes before the actual appt time tires would not be delivered there at scheduled time. Spouse had taken the car in and i received t literally ten minutes before the actual appt time tires would not be delivered there at scheduled time. Spouse had taken the car in and i received the call as he was pulling onto the site. Appt was scheduled for 1pm, he did not leave until after 5pm. The service manager was very knowledgeable about the noise problem I was having with my car, she explained to me it was the wheel bearing making the noise. Upon further inspection it was noted that my noise problem I was having with my car, she explained to me it was the wheel bearing making the noise. Upon further inspection it was noted that my control arm needed to be replaced also. The parts were replaced and the car was road tested, washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. More
