The only issue I had was that they told me I had to pay for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked for a service that was included in my lease agreement, then I was asked if I have paperwork and it was in my car that was at the shop and then asked who my salesperson was so I described him, he is the one who told me 10,000, 20,000, and 30,000 service to my car was included at no fee to me. It was resolved but I had to sit on hold for quite a while and then was told someone would get back to me and they did about a half hour later. More

The Gervais team was outstanding and helping us find our Volkswagen Jetta. Tony, Ian and Savian will be on helpful and not only helping us to get into the car. I would clearly recommend Gervais to all my friends, and fully intend to return for my next car in the future. This was a full-service dealership that did not waste our time haggling over price or percentage rate. This was not the case with another deal we had visited earlier in the week, basically wasted our time. The team at Herbsis Volkswagen should be commended on their attention to true customer service.
