Everything was great including my intake time upon arrival, additional work at last minute, and overall wait time was just ok. Only problem was the technician that worked on my car changed so many set arrival, additional work at last minute, and overall wait time was just ok. Only problem was the technician that worked on my car changed so many settings on my car that it took me a long time to change them back: the height and distance of my steering wheel column, my driver's seat, and a lot of my display settings!!! They never communicated with me via text or phone regarding the status of my repairs. My car ended up needing a replacement part, which I was never told about and would have had to make a return visi regarding the status of my repairs.
