John did an excellent job working with me on this Taos deal. Pricing was up front with very little negotiations needed. I explained to John that I was specifically looking for a certain model/color with panoramic moonroof. John guaranteed me that he would search other dealers for my car. And he did... within 1hr he located one and had it at the dealer the next day. I've never had a salesman that communicated as well as John throughout the entire process.
