I have worked with Gervais Lincoln for quite some time and have always had excellent service. I could have purchased my new Lincoln at a NH dealership and now had to deal with getting my own inspection s and have always had excellent service. I've been going to this dealer for service on my Lincoln for a few years and the only good thing I can say about my experiences is that Kelly in the service department is really great to deal with. Besides for a few years and the only good thing I can say about my experiences is that Kelly in the service department is really great to deal with. Besides her, this dealership, especially the service department, is awful. I have had too many issues to list them all but most recently Doug the service manager actually told me to bring my car to a different dealer from now on. I'll take his advice.
