No problems I took my Fusion in for a recall. The recall was of course service for no cost. I was able to leave the car the day before. There is an additional iss I took my Fusion in for a recall. I decided to postpone that additional work. Everyone was professional and the whole thing went smoothly. I can't rate the quality of the work since I have no criteria. Note that I walked there from the Ayer commuter rail station. It is a bit of a hike but not bad. That could save you money when trying to get there or if you are going to buy a car and don't have one at present. More

Luckily, no damage to anything. Much to my surprise, there was no charge for putting it up on the lift and doing the check and general inspection. Lou from the Quicklane got me in right away. I'm an old person and a longtime customer who Gervais has given some breaks to in the past. I appreciate what they do for me and would never go anywhere else for repairs on any of my vehicles. Lou and Mike in the Quicklane are two of the best techs in the business. More

Above and Beyond During a snow storm a limb fell on my truck and broke me two windshield arms. I went to Gervais for the part and they had to order it.
