I have experience with auto dealerships throughout New England from the smallest to the Largest from the most basic an no amenities to the most luxurious and filled with amenities and free meals and services dealerships and Gervais Ford is my favorite of them all. My opinion is not because it is my local Ford Dealer but because of the Ownership and the Team they maintain. Tire pressure problem Low tire pressure warning on dashboard. Could not identify any obvious problem. Pumped up tire. Warning returned after a couple of weeks. Car brought in right away. Service technician found the problem (a well hidden nail), repaired the tire, and had me back on the road very quickly. The charge was minimal and quite reasonable for the service. No complaints and excellent service. More

Extended Warranty. Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved the repair at no cost to me. Part is on order and when it comes in--we do the fix.. I encourage everyone that plans to keep a vehicle past the original warrantee to get an extended warrantee as some repairs can cost you big bucks otherwise. I buy vehicles, drive them off the lot, keep them for 15--20 years (until they are worn out) then have the junkyard come over and take them away.. I still have 31K and/or 4 years left on my warrantee. More
