After repair, new noise Originally brought in for noise when turning. Was determined that it was the axle. While working on that dealer noticed the strut was broken. Ended up Originally brought in for noise when turning. Was determined that it was the axle. While working on that dealer noticed the strut was broken. Ended up doing both. There was a new noise that was noticeable immediately upon driving home. Brought it back and they replaced another part. My wife says the noise is still there. She brought it back 3/18 and there were no techs there. Needs to go back during the week. Hopefully they will find the cause of the noise that appeared after over $1200 worth of work was done and would like to be refunded the additional $88 that was charged for work that was done to correct something that didn't fix the problem. .. I wonder if they took the car for a test ride after working on it the second time? Since i don't drive that car, it doesn't bother me...lol... but, I have to live with the person that does drive it... More

Able to quickly diagnose and fix my trucks problem I have used this dealership for service since I bought the truck from them. They are always accommodating and keep me informed. tire satisfaction I had some new tires installed, but when I came home I discovered a slight bulge in the sidewall of a front tire. They de-mounted the tire to check for internal damage but found none.He spoke with the tire distributor who assured him that the tire was fine. But Lou wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and agreed to get me a new tire at no charge. He went "the extra mile" to make sure I was completely satisfied. I greatly appreciate his help and courtesy. More
