Awesome I have been going to the Quick Lane for almost 10 years now and have had probably only two cases where I had an issue, one being the cap for the oil w I have been going to the Quick Lane for almost 10 years now and have had probably only two cases where I had an issue, one being the cap for the oil was not put back properly and the other was the front seat was left covered in grease that they cleaned for me but after 10 years and probably 50 trips to the quick lane that is a pretty good percentage. Clean Up. What most of us have discovered over the years is that it is more economical to have a professional shop do washes and waxes than to do it yourself, e What most of us have discovered over the years is that it is more economical to have a professional shop do washes and waxes than to do it yourself, especially as you get older. First off, you have to get all the needed products, then you have to have the time to do all this, and if anything goes out of kilter, a way to fix it. When I was younger and had the time and materials--it was a fun thing on a Sunday afternoon. I'm 75 now and that will not be happening again. So, I have found that if I drop it off at least once a year and have the inside and outside done--I don't have to worry about it. And, I can take a nap while all this is going on! Later in this survey you ask about WHO was the most concerned with ME. Actually, Paul McGuire, Lou, Tom Collins, Mike Gervais, others that worked in the Fast Lane, and a whole bunch of mechanics that have worked on my vehicles, many of which no longer work for you folks. Mike took care of this and my visit before this when the rats eat my wiring harness. A good job all around as best I can see it. I stopped in one day back awhile ago in the middle of a snow storm because the Low Pressure thing came on for one of my tires. Lou got it in, fixed everything, and there was no charge. What's not to like about that? Lou seems to be doing a great job for you folks. To be a service manager, you really need to have been a WRENCH--which Lou is/was. ENOUGH! I'm happy if you're happy.
