Courteous and friendly customer service. I enjoy servicing my vehicle at Gervais Ford because of their attentive staff. They take the time to thoroughly explain the service that is being performed on your vehicle. They only one issue I have is with Quick Lane. I realize it can be very busy at times, however it is frustrating when an oil change can take up to 2 hrs wait time. Not sure if this is an issue with the dealership itself, or the Ford Quick Lane program. I don t expect to be in and out in record time, I just feel a couple of hrs or so is way too long for basic service work. Other than that, it is always a great experience. More
Careless work that took too long Took longer than it ever has to get an oil change. Once I finally got back in my car and turned it on, my check engine light was on. Had other things to get done so went to leave anyways, until I was pulling out and the car was vibrating and brakes were not working properly that I almost was in an accident. Turned around to go back, turns out the tech left something loose or unplugged, which "happens every time" I was told. Thank gosh I wasn't in an accident! I would have definitely taken it to court. Also, asked for my tires to be filled and that was not done, but yet they were rotated. More

Great Post Sales Service Experience I have been contemplating buying my 1st truck for a few years now. I have stopped into Gervais ford from time to time and they were always courteous I have been contemplating buying my 1st truck for a few years now. I have stopped into Gervais ford from time to time and they were always courteous and helpful with all my questions. I never felt pressured and uncomfortable even when I was only “looking”. So when the time came to buy a truck, Gervais Ford was the 1st dealer I started the buying process with. I worked with the team at Gervais Ford and they went out of their way to get me the truck I wanted in terms of color combination, options packages, etc. Once we found the exact truck of my dreams, the Sales Manager and I agreed to a price that was competitive to the larger dealers. My post sales experience has been fantastic. The truck was delivered spotless and they did a nice job adding and installing a spray in bed liner and tonneau cover. I must say I was reluctant to switch from a BMW car to a truck. Boy, I regret waiting as long as I did to take the plunge. My F150 Lariat Super crew is a real pleasure to drive. Thank you Gervais Ford for making my 1st truck (Ford) purchase as easy and enjoyable as it has been to date! More

I had to be very patient with them I found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler online, I went to the dealer to test drive it and fell in love. I worked with a sales person to get the sale going on it. I found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler online, I went to the dealer to test drive it and fell in love. I worked with a sales person to get the sale going on it. Between the sales person and finance manager I had next to no calls from either of them letting me know I was having trouble getting financed for it. I had my father co-sign for me, and once again I was the one who had to reach out to them to see if I was able to buy the Jeep. The sales process took about 4 days, in that timeframe a few things needed to be fixed on the Jeep. The back head rests were missing, and the tire pressure sensor was bad. Instead of fixing it during the days that I was waiting they had me bring it back to them after I just bought the car, (I live and work 45 minutes away from them). To top it off within 2 days of owning the Jeep the check engine light came on, (the car wasn't state inspected yet). The check engine light ended being an issue with the emissions, so I then had a rental car for almost 3 days while all these issues were being fixed. By then I was very upset with the entire process with the dealership that I spoke with the owner. He apologized and told me he would have the Jeep delivered to my work. I agreed, but when I left work that night the tire pressure light that was supposed to be fixed by the Jeep dealership down the road from them was on again immediately when I turned the car on. Once again, I was extremely annoyed it needed to be fixed again. I told them I would bring it to the Jeep dealer right down the road from me so that I wasn't in another rental or having to drive the 45 minutes back and forth. They agreed to pay for the repair wherever I brought it, Come to find out they had placed a bad sensor to replace the already bad sensor. Finally no lights are on, but I am still waiting on the head rests to be sent to me. The thing is though I would recommend them because they actually fixed and paid for everything this Jeep needed (especially with it being used). They understood they screwed up from day one and they tried to make it up to me and correct each issue and they actually apologized sincerely. Being in a sales position myself for work I was hoping for better customer service without them having to make up for it in the end. I've bought many cars from dealers who showed better customer service, but when something did happen they told me off, which this dealership never did. I don't expect every sale to go the way it did for me, but I recommend being patient with them, especially if you are buying a used car from them. More
