Oil change with coupon Unhappy customer.....I used a coupon I printed from the website. The coupon stated a price for the oil change. I was charged extra for oil and for parts, Both of these were not listed on the coupon. After arguing with manager I was refunded $9.50. I was to happy with this experience. Also, when I owned other cars and had any service done, my car was washed and vacuumed. There is a car wash across the street from Gervais Ford in Ayer. I suggest you give out coupons for car washes More

Another poor experience at the Service Center The first time I used the Quick Lane service center I was given a hard time about getting an oil change because I arrived about 45 minutes before clos The first time I used the Quick Lane service center I was given a hard time about getting an oil change because I arrived about 45 minutes before closing. I was told that they usually don't let anyone get an oil change if they come later than an hour before closing. There is nothing on the website or anywhere that states that at all. Then this time I was told that I couldn't use a coupon for an oil change because the service hadn't been written up as a tire rotation. I have no idea what that means or why it meant I couldn't use the coupon, but I couldn't. I HATE using Quick Lane. More
Easy and friendly auto buying experience I had been driving a basic Ford Fiesta that my son originally purchased from Gervais back in 2012. After he moved into the city in 2013 I bought the I had been driving a basic Ford Fiesta that my son originally purchased from Gervais back in 2012. After he moved into the city in 2013 I bought the car off of him. But recently I was growing tired of its lack of amenities and decided it was time to upgrade my ride. I had been considering a new Focus because I like the styling of the newest models. On a Thursday evening, I met my wife at the dealership and started talking to John Gervais. He had me test drive a Focus while he had my Fiesta appraised. But then I thought of the idea that maybe we should lease a new car for my wife while I take her car (a 2011 Escape) since she does not drive as much as I do. So then we test drove a 2017 AWD Escape which was very nice, especially the heated seats! Even though John was able to give me an excellent price on the new Focus, I thought that we should have an AWD vehicle in the household, and with my trade and incentives, the lease payments on the Escape where reasonable. I had never leased before and John explained all my options with no pressure. We slept on it and Friday I decided that the lease would be the best course for us. Since I was at work, my wife went into the dealership Friday and sat down with Gloria to start the paperwork. Everything was in place so that Saturday morning I could sit down with Jason Catalano, business manager, who explained all the options on the lease and after signing I was able to drive away with the vehicle. This is the fourth car that either I or a member of my family has purchased from Gervais, and every time the purchase went smooth and painless. More
