I was expecting a long and confusing process, but was blown away by the friendly atmosphere and encouragement in asking any questions I had. It was unfortunate that, after I drove away with it, I was charged to pay an additional 5 cents per mile above the previously negotiated price per mile over the set number of milage within the 3-year lease. I made an appointment with Ryan and went in with my trade to be evaluated. by John I believe For the first time in my history of dealing with car dealerships I got a valuation that was right in the middle of the range I had found from my research, I made an offer on the car I had test driven and shortly after meeting with their finance guy Matt, who presented me with a myriad of well-explained options I had a deal all inked, agreed, and signed.A short time after that , all the Insurance and RMV stuff had been handled, and a new inspection sticker was on my newly acquired vehicle and I was driving it home. All in all I felt respectfully and fairly treated, kept well honestly informed along the way. Highly recommend this dealership base on my personal experience. More
