tire satisfaction I had some new tires installed, but when I came home I discovered a slight bulge in the sidewall of a front tire. I came back and had Lou take a look I had some new tires installed, but when I came home I discovered a slight bulge in the sidewall of a front tire. I came back and had Lou take a look at it. They de-mounted the tire to check for internal damage but found none.He spoke with the tire distributor who assured him that the tire was fine. But Lou wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and agreed to get me a new tire at no charge. He went "the extra mile" to make sure I was completely satisfied. I greatly appreciate his help and courtesy. More

John Delaney, the best car expert ever, aka Gervais Ford salesman, looked for and gave us every disc We visited the Ayer, MA Gervais Ford Dealership. John Delaney, the best car expert ever, aka Gervais Ford salesman, looked for and gave us every discount possible, from a $500 Veteran discount to all of the incentive discounts available. He got us what we wanted, and at the price we could afford, in the shortest time possible. We walked away with a beautiful Platinum White 2017 Ford Escape Titanium! John went above and beyond with his service, demonstrating how the vehicle parks itself, beeps when too close to another car (radar in the side mirrors), assisting us with syncing our phones and contacts to the car, demonstrating the navigation system, the secure keyless entry keypad, the hands free foot kicking motion to open the tailgate, and so many more features He was so patient with us - a senior couple. We went to two other dealerships while pricing the 2017 Escape, and John Delaney and the Gervais Dealership gave us the best price. The other dealerships play the make you wait there all day game, but John was efficient, and got right down to business, helping us to complete our deal in the minimum amount of time, and a gentle sense of humor. Matt in the Business Department was very friendly, and helped the deal complete in no time. The Service Department, especially the Quick Lane Department is exceptional. We've used it in the past for oil changes, with our 2014 Escape. Once we had a small piece on the front underside of the car that came loose. They fixed it without charging us for putting a screw in. Any other place would have charged us for it. They are a true customer service dealership. I was expecting a long and confusing process, but was blown away by the friendly atmosphere and encouragement in asking any questions I had. It was unfortunate that, after I drove away with it, I was charged to pay an additional 5 cents per mile above the previously negotiated price per mile over the set number of milage within the 3-year lease. It was absurd. The only reason I did not cancel everything right then and there is because of the courteous salesman I had assisting me in my purchase, Bill Adamson. More
