An efficient, pleasant experience I received a recall from Ford on the seatbelts in my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I called for service to fix the problem and the Gervais service desk w I received a recall from Ford on the seatbelts in my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I called for service to fix the problem and the Gervais service desk worked around my schedule and got me in last Monday at 0700. Service was prompt and I enjoyed the waiting area and coffee while I waited. The service was performed quickly and the service manager explained exactly what was done when he gave me my keys and said there will be no charge for this recall service. He asked me if there was any other questions for him. I was happy with the service and the high level of customer care. -Patrick McCartin More

Dropped of my vehicle they serviced it fixed the problem. Everyone was friendly and I always. Have been satisfied with their work.
