Friendly and Relaxing I looked around at a variety of dealers' inventory. When I asked about a few of the trucks, Gloria Coffin was very responsive and professional. I stopped by once to look at vehicles, however one I found online was sold -- but since I had a decent experience visiting, I went back 2 weeks later when they restocked. No stress here. I called for service to fix the problem and the Gervais service desk w I received a recall from Ford on the seatbelts in my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I called for service to fix the problem and the Gervais service desk worked around my schedule and got me in last Monday at 0700. Service was prompt and I enjoyed the waiting area and coffee while I waited. The service was performed quickly and the service manager explained exactly what was done when he gave me my keys and said there will be no charge for this recall service.
