I went to Gervais because my father and a friend recommended I go there. They were so professional caring and so helpful with no pressure. I was able to tell them what I was looking for and not only did they find it for me it was beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Gloria and John where the absolute best! Answered all my questions, promptly got back to me never made me feel pressure and within a few days I was in a new car. Even Matt in finance was unbelievably helpful everything went so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now I'm driving the car wanted and so thankful to everyone at Gervais who helped me get the car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership over any other. In a Bind Making a cross country trip when the check engine light came on. Of course it was Friday at 4. They ran diagnostics found the problem.
