New truck, new experience I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealershi I waited 3 months before I did this evaluation. I had an issue with my remote starter. The dealer worked with me and did the following. 1. Dealership fired remote Starter company and put in a top of the line starter. I am impressed. I broke my tail light assembly putting in strobes. Since I could not explain to parts department the problem they came out to look and fixed it! I buy a new Ford every two years and will use Gervais again. Michael S More

Traded in my Jeep Wrangler for the Raptor. Loving my new truck! Lisa was a total pleasure to work with. The sales manager and finance person were also extremely helpful and friendly. Service department is horrible I bought my F350 diesel truck from Gervais ford I had a problem with the diesel fuel that jelled where it’s been so cold, I called them and they said I bought my F350 diesel truck from Gervais ford I had a problem with the diesel fuel that jelled where it’s been so cold, I called them and they said they could not get to my Vehicle which was not running for three weeks, So you buy a vehicle from them and if you have a problem that needs service forget it. So I called Townsend Ford and they took my truck right in and I had it back 5 hrs later so if people want a dealership that looks after there customers go to Townsend not Gervais More
