actually enjoyed going there I actually have enjoyed doing business with Gervais Ford. Enjoyed working with John Delaney, found him very good person, as well as a pleasant person to deal with. Also enjoyed dealing with Matt, as well as even people that I was not purchasing my car from. Everyone seem very pleasant. I have been very happy with ford place for years. Also want to mention I loved my new Mustang!!!!!!!!! More

Test drove a silver 2016 and then We were interested in purchasing a used Escape. 2016 or newer. First stop was at Gervais Ford where we met Lisa. Test drove a silver 2016 and then told Lisa that we had just started the process and had to look around more. Few days later after more test driving, we returned to Lisa and Gervais. We test drove another Escape and made a quick decision on the vehicle. Lisa helped us greatly with the process and handled our trade in and all the fun paperwork.
