Great ! I and the other 3 customers I was with in the waiting area, all had a great experience with Lou our service adviser. I have experience with auto dealerships throughout New England from the smallest to the Largest from the most basic an no amenities to the most luxurious and filled with amenities and free meals and services dealerships and Gervais Ford is my favorite of them all. My opinion is not because it is my local Ford Dealer but because of the Ownership and the Team they maintain. This is why Gervais Ford remains in our community when other dealerships have disappeared or were absorbed by mega superstores. Thank you Gervais Ford and the Gervais Family. More
