From dealing with t Every aspect of our car buying experience at Gerry Wood Honda was outstanding. We purchased a Honda Pilot on December 23, 2016. From dealing with the sales personnel to adding the finishing touches with the service department, we could not have had a better experience. We shopped at three dealerships, Gerry Wood being the smallest. It may have been the smallest but it was also the best. The other dealerships told us that Gerry Wood Honda would not be able to compete. They were incorrect. Gerry Wood had the vehicle we wanted in stock (the other two dealerships did not) and also gave us the best price not only for the vehicle but with the additional warranty package we purchased. Our salesperson was Brandon Cummings. This young man was so professional and so patient when teaching us all the new enhancements to the vehicle. He also saved us $1000 by recommending the Apple Car Play feature in lieu of having the Navigation system as an accessory. We would not have realized that option otherwise. In addition, the service department staff at Gerry Wood Honda are great to work with. The Drive in entrance is first class and the staff are so courteous, friendly, and professional. Ray Schreiner and Kari have provided responsive informative services for our 2012 CRV and we look forward to seeing them when our new Pilot requires service. We also got great treatment from the accessory department when we purchased all weather floor mats for our new vehicle. Gerry Wood Honda Automotive Center is smaller than many other dealerships in the area but bigger in customer service and caring for the customers. We plan to return to their dealership for vehicle maintenance and future purchases. More

I have a favorite service writer named "Ray" that I prefer to deal with each time. He explains things thoroughly. Just recently, I took my Crosstour in to have the passenger airbag replaced, the original time was estimated to be 3 hours and it was done withing 2 hours. I like the concept of "under promise and over deliver". I plan on buying my next Honda there!! More
