As a female in her late 50's, my experience with a lot of the new car technologies has been extremely limited. However, Jordan was very knowledgeable and explained the various functions in a manner that helped me understand, he assisted in setting up as many functions as I wanted or needed. From the second he introduced himself to the moment I was driving away, (in my brand new Honda CR-V), Jordan demonstrated respect, patience, very good listening skills, and great communication skills. The entire process was stress free and never did I feel pressured or rushed. Everyone I encountered today was super pleasant and helpful and that made my buying experience the best one ever!
