Gabe was very helpful, patient, and not pushy at all. I was very pleased with everything in the sales process. I felt very little pressure. The only issue I had was in signing the contracts for the financ I was very pleased with everything in the sales process. I felt very little pressure. The only issue I had was in signing the contracts for the finance process, I was offered options for extended warranties. I had no desire to purchase them. The finance manager did a thorough and clear job explaining the options, but I had to tell him 4 times I was choosing not to purchase them. I would suggest if your business cares that much about the customer you take the optional variable away. More
