Waste of time The issue I have is I clearly stated to Candi on the phone how much NADA says my car was worth and if they could not appraise my car for more I wasn’t The issue I have is I clearly stated to Candi on the phone how much NADA says my car was worth and if they could not appraise my car for more I wasn’t interested driving there to waste my time. She says” a Lexus IS worth more than that drive down so we can take a look at it” of course I don’t even meet Candi when I get there. It was another dude who took forever to tell me my car was worth exactly what NADA book value was. So my time was wasted as well as his. Once my car is paid and I go to buy a Honda it will not be from them. More

Great Salesman, pathetic sales manager. So I went to look at a Toyota Coralla that was used. The salesman I had, Gabriel was absolutely great! He truly did everything he could to help me and So I went to look at a Toyota Coralla that was used. The salesman I had, Gabriel was absolutely great! He truly did everything he could to help me and eventually make the sale. The issue I had was the sales manager Aron. The car was an older car and I was buying as a daily driver, however the hood was just peppered from rocks and he did not want to budge on the price, so I said no thanks. He then feeds me the “oh well there is another family coming to look at the car” I said “ok, if they take it, it wasn’t meant for me”. Not less than 5 minutes later, I get a call back saying the “other family” wasn’t coming and to come back and we could talk. So I asked if I could take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out and Aron tells me that’s fine as long as I am back within an hour, because another “family” was coming to look at the car, so again I told him that wouldn’t work because it would take more than an hour, he didn’t like this and said I couldn’t do it. Once again I said If they do not buy the car to let me know, magically again, the family cancelled. So now we agreed that I could take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out and get a quote for the hood from a body shop. I go and do this, and was quoted around $700 for the good and my mechanic said the car was good to go, except the tires were completely dry rotted and needed to be replaced immediately and said it would be around $300 for a whole new set of mid grade tires. I get back to the dealership and tell Aron the quote from the body shop and he agrees to take $600 off for that. However when I tell him about the tires, his exact words are as follows “The car has met NC State Inspection Standards and I am not required to do anything with those tires and I will not, take it or leave it” and then tells me yet again there is “another family” coming to see the car. So I said no thanks, if he changes his mind about the tires to call me, so, over an hour later he calls me back (I live 1.5 hour away and was 4 minutes from home) and says again “oh the family canceled, but I’ll tske the $300 if you come get it tonight, but if not the deal is off for tomorrow”. I ended up going back and getting the car and (knock on wood) it’s been a good car. But the poor tactics and poor customer service by this sales manager will probably push me away from shoppubg here again. More
