I had 2 salesmen, Mr. Junker & Mr. Trapp. The first salesman had given me his card earlier in the day, but upon returning to the dealership was with another customer, causing me to be put in the hands of Mr. Trapp. I felt "put off". I was told by someone who used to work as a car salesman that this is how the business work & with this happening, my original salesman would get 1/2 of the sale of my vehicle if I chose to make a purchase. I do feel like this policy should be revisited. Mr. Trapp was a phenomenal salesman! He answered all of my questions & was very professional! I felt absolutely no pressure to make any unwanted decisions. The finance department (K. Johnson )also made every effort to meet my needs, answering all questions & I am thankful. I would most definitely recommend Gerry Wood Honda to anyone! They have top notch customer service!!!! More
