The inside of the car had minimal effort put into detailing it. Definitely did not meet my expectations when buying a car from a dealership. There was a “service light” on when I test drove the car that was not addressed by the service department. Financing wise, I was sold a “top notch” warranty from the dealership only to find out the day after buying the car that I couldn’t purchase that warranty due to reasons controlled by the lending company. Bad sales reps misleading info I drove over 2 hours to buy a used car from this place. I found a used suv on there web page so I sent in my cash offer and was told to come on. I get there drive the vehicle we love it. Time to do business. So the price that we agreed upon went up 3000 more thousand dollars once I was at the lot.I have all the messages to prove it. So then they try to get me to finance and ad more money and I said no. Then they start well we already have it marked below book value. They then again lied the offer I gave them was fair price for the age and mileage. I told the manager I could get one 2years newer from another lot with half the mileage and he made like I was lying. Neatless to say I got a newer car less miles and a 2000 dollar difference in price. I would not recommend this place if it was the only lot in the world. They try the bait game and all they got from me was a bad review. Anybody who goes here beware and one more thing the car I was gonna buy didn't even have a warranty. Really. Scammers. More
