Excellent customer service and friendly team I had been looking for three months for a truck to fit my RV hauling needs. I saw the truck of my dreams online and called the next morning. The team I had been looking for three months for a truck to fit my RV hauling needs. I saw the truck of my dreams online and called the next morning. The team was already awaiting my arrival from Charlotte and had the truck ready for me to test drive. Ryan Travis was my guy, and he was the nicest young man I have encountered so far in my visits to many dealerships all over the area. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. I knew what I wanted and he allowed me to take my time inspecting and driving the truck. He was pleasant and hospitable, funny and friendly. I loved the truck and wanted it immediately. Ryan and the other team members there walked me painlessly through the purchase process, which took only a few hours, start to finish, financing and everything. I highly recommend this professional but not stuffy group of lovely people. The highlight was hitting the GONG when my sale was complete! And Ryan took some pictures for me and everyone clapped! It was a lot of fun. Best day for me, I got a beautiful truck at a good deal and was back at work in the afternoon. Awesome job, Ryan and KJ the finance guy, Candi, and everyone there. Left 2 other dealerships , Got it done here !! Dreaded going to dealership after wifes car was totaled because of the magical back and forth math game . Researched best price on line through my employee benifit program , went to 2 other dealerships , One starts with a big H . Both told me numbers weren't correct , it was a mistake,even though I had a direct email from their sales manager with price and VIN number , they proceeded to add a bunch of magic math to them and we walked out . Ryan , called me while I was on lunch ,after I looked at a highlander and a CRV, then sent inquiry . We showed up , he met us , showed us the cars And test drove . Very personable , great guy . With in 20 minutes of return price was agreed and car went to get fueled and detailed !! After spending hours at other dealerships getting nowhere , this was a welcomed change . Everyone was very accomadating and no pressure !!! Even put our family name on a bike to donate to a child in need !! Only negative would be they sold so many cars at that time we waited a little longer to get in to sign papers . Huge plus , exspecially on used cars , they offer warranties bumper to bumper on anything you buy !! We're headache free to 100,000 miles !! Highly recommend based on my experience !! Go see Ryan !! I had a great experience getting my former Honda serviced by these people. That is why I chose to trade it in and purchase my new vehicle from them a couple years ago. Bait and Switch Visited 11/2/19. Spoke with internet sales manager after finding vehicle I was interested on True Car website. Before leaving my house and driving an Visited 11/2/19. Spoke with internet sales manager after finding vehicle I was interested on True Car website. Before leaving my house and driving an hour away I had her confirm that the final price of the 21k car would be $22,749. She said she saw where the car was on their website at 24k but that “I had “claimed” the True Car price and they would honor it.” Needless to say they let us test drive and when it came time to seal the deal they did not honor the True Car price. They said it didn’t include the fees. When I disputed and showed them it did, they changed their story to the internet sales manager made a mistake, then the price was entered wrong. Secondly, the car fax reported no accidents, but damage was reported. EVERY car fax I’ve ever seen has a diagram and description on the damage not caused by an accident and repair done and it indicates whether the damage was minor, moderate or severe. They could not answer our repeated questions when we asked about the type or severity of the damage. But suddenly when the price discrepancy arose, and I reminded them that this was not a car with a pristinely clean car fax, the sales manager blurted out the car simply collided with a Walmart buggy return. Bullshirt! These folks are shady. I firmly believe it is systemic of the organization. I made the decision then and there I would not do business with crooks, even if I had to pay $4000 more for the same vehicle with 10k more miles. Buyers beware. More
