Horrible place. Bought a car back in 2013 from them. Engine blown due to no oil after serviced here and their team didn't tighten the plug completely, no help at all or accountability. The service manager and salesman I dealt with explained how the car was like a piece of bread and had an expiration date. Since the warranty was just 30 days expired, yet never even hit 50k mileage warranty. Continued to laugh and tell me I should've opted for the extended warranty. No accountability anymore, yet I'd be considered hot headed if I went back up there and he tried that face to face. This car is still a paper weight to this day in a garage, being paid on. Amazing customer service Gerry Wood Honda. Save your money, time, and sanity. Shop elsewhere More
