Awful Customer Service I will never again make the mistake of buying a vehicle from Gerry Lane Chevrolet. They only pretend to care until you sign the papers, then they treat you like garbage. The customer service is horrible. Their communication is horrible. They will lie to your face and waste your time and then shrug their shoulders and walk away. I have been fighting to get a FACTORY RECALL serviced for almost TWO YEARS now. All they have to do is order a part and swap it out but they refuse to get it done. They tell me it is ordered and is ready but they still don't have the part. They schedule service appointments specifically for this recall and assure me the part will be ready and... they don't have the part. I don't know if they are just trolling me or if they really are that incompetent. Gerry Lane Chevrolet in Baton Rouge is a joke of a company and there is no way in xxxx I would ever do business with them again. More

Came in to window shop, left with a car! My husband and I were in the market for a bigger family car, so I made an appointment to go into Gerry Lane just to look around and check some prices. The salesman that helped us, Marcus, was so kind and was a HUGE help. Even though we don’t have the greatest credit, and not much to put down, we were in and out in less than 3 hours. 10/10, we definitely recommend! More

Virtually revert one we talk with in the department is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and accommodating and the River Road coffee is great, plentiful and hot. My service agent came and got me when it was ready, he walked me to the accounting department and they too were quick, we’re smiling and helpful. My service agent even showed me where my vehicle was and I was back on the road more quickly then the time they estimated when I came in. More

Horrible experience Took two weeks to repair my air conditioning. Finally got an estimate and was told my car would be ready on Tuesday, finally got it back on a Friday. Took two weeks to repair my air conditioning. Finally got an estimate and was told my car would be ready on Tuesday, finally got it back on a Friday. Told it would be $1,800 to repair air conditioner, got a bill for $2,500.Finally got the bill corrected, waited forever to get my car brought around, inside was left dirty from the repair. Never use this dealerships service department!! More

Out of sight customer service! I have never felt so welcomed. Mr. Marcus was waiting when I pulled up..waiting to put me in the vehicle of my dreams.
