With an appointment I had to wait over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I have found that this is the norm for this dealership. I have been driving a Chevy for over 20 years! ! I have also only dealt with the Chevy side, this is a first for me on the Buick side of Gerry Lane. I have not had my truck a full month and I have ! It's really unbelievable!! Warranty... for what? Nothing is covered!! My battery is dead... "Oh we don't cover a battery, it will be $250!", says Haley in service. I just ASSUMED all maintenance would have been taken care of before I drove my truck off the lot, my oil life was on 22%!! I took off from work to get what I thought would be a simple oil change, instead, it was an all-day waiting game! not only was it all day but it was a big oily mess in my driveway! took it back a week later my truck is leaking oil, "Oh ma'am where did you get your oil changed", Anthony in service asked! I tried not to yell... "It was done here at Gerry Lane Buick!" He told me the filter was loose and they cleaned it and tightened it. I asked him if it shoud be replaced since oil was all over it, he said oh no just cleaned! so I'm sure I'll have another problem soon. Not to mention I had a flat and could not get the tire off because I was not give a lug lock!! These are just a few of the nightmares I have experienced, but I hope they end before Halloween! More

Appointment was made online and explained to Service Consultant RYAN DREW my issue and he looked like online appointments wasn’t honor here afterwards I explained issue and he said this is a Service Manager decision to fix or not honor warranty. **WOW.** So 20 minutes later here comes the bully bulldog Service Manager CLINT SMITH who attempted to control the conversation as I explained the problem. He was rude and didn’t even look at my vehicle to inspect the problem . Just took it to back and the reason I know this is because I walked behind building to make a phone call. I was waiting 2 hours so I told service consultant I would leave vehicle and come another day to pick it up. He stated he didn’t know what was going on with my vehicle so another **WOW** factor. PLEASE BE ADVISE THE SERVICE MANAGER *** CLINT SMITH*** AT THIS DEALERSHIP ATTEMPTS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. He refused to make eye contact and said because my GMC was make in Canada and some more bull stuff my warranty wasn’t good but corporation and my personal mechanic read it and it’s good until 2024 and vehicle only has 32000 miles and then the bully intimidator service manager came out after I got my vehicle and Stared me down as I got in my car like get out of here and never come back.. I have reported this to GMC corporation and waiting on conversation with General Manager Craig Azar . It warranty work is covered don’t be intimidated by people like Service Manager CLINT SMITH . Gerry Lane is usually pretty efficient, but a tire installation took from 630am to 130pm which is not very acceptable.
