I thought I was treated pretty fair with the whole ordeal. I thought I got a good price on my trade and a fair price on the purchase. The car wasn't clean very well on the inside among pick up. Also, I understand you are a Volvo dealership,but their was no knowledge about how anything worked on the car. Maybe should have somebody from maintenance available to explain other that sales. The cover wasn't available for the back of vehicle to hide the storage area. There was no mention of that until I got home. Honesty is the best policy. Extremely disappointing experience. A routine vehicle inspection took over two hours to complete. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged during the inspection. They were not able to find what is wrong with my car after 3 days. I drove for 2 days and the same errors came up and I had to reset my info center 2 times in one day after they installed the latest u after 3 days.
