It took nearly 2 months to actually get an appointment for my inspection and 40,000 service and once I was there for service, they were already behind schedule at 8am and when I came for pick-up, they did for my inspection and 40,000 service and once I was there for service, they were already behind schedule at 8am and when I came for pick-up, they didn’t have record of pre-paid service and nearly had me pay over $900 for my service if I didn’t speak up to verify my dealer prepaid service. Very frustrating first experience with new ownership! More
