Disappointing Visiting our native Columbus (Go Bucks!) 2 weeks ago- we decided to buy a mini-van, and drive back to our home in southern CA, instead of flying back. Visiting our native Columbus (Go Bucks!) 2 weeks ago- we decided to buy a mini-van, and drive back to our home in southern CA, instead of flying back. Bought a 2012 Chrysler van, and wrote a personal check for $20,250 for it. When we drove the van there was a carfax, service receipts, and the window sticker in it. 20 minutes after leaving the dealer we realized the documentation wasn't there. I talked to the salesman by phone and he promised he would send it to us in CA. Nothing, and no response to our e-mail asking why. Van delivered with 1 key, no books/manuals, missing floor mats, missing headphones and remote for roof mounted DVD players, and the documentation taken out. Hatfield VW won't see us again. Columbus deserves better. More

I called Hatfield to see if I would have better luck and within 4 hours Clayton found me exactly what I was looking for, on a train heading to the Midwest. Two days later they had found a way to get the car to their dealership and I came into their office. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and took time to explain next steps (I've never purchased a car 'in transit' before). What a difference from my experience at MAG! If you want a dealership that will help you find what you really want and not push you to accept something from their existing inventory, head to Hatfield. More
BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Had I gone with their "expert" mechanic recommendations, I would be $5,000+ in repairs that would not have fixed the problem. Because I questioned for weeks what they said they thought "might" be the problem and pushed for more definitive answers, they finally found a frayed wire as the culprit. Still ended up paying $457 for a wire and a car wash. Kind of like getting a hip replacement for an ingrown toenail. Their policy appears to be starting with the most expensive approach. Columbus Ohio folks beware of Hatfield VW! More
Great experience I have shopped at many dealerships and can not stand a pushy sales person. This place is amazing, knowledgeable staff and so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend their dealership Hatfield Volkswagen to anyone who reads this article. the honesty and integrity of these three gentleman far outweighs the experience that we received. Thank you to Jimmy Seth and Ron. you treated my wife with so much respect and made her feel so comfortable with the experience you gave us. We bought a Volkswagen Routan and a Mazda 3. those cars looked like they just came off of the showroom floor. can't begin to tell you how much it meant to us to not only receive exactly what we wanted but when we dealt with Jimmy who is the finance manager he only wanted us to pay for what we really needed and did not try to pressure us at all for anything else. Try going any where else to any other dealership and I guarantee you will not receive the treatment that we received from Hatfield Volkswagen. More

The sales associate, Jeromy Searls was the kindest person I have ever dealt with in auto sales. And Jimmy in finance was also the same. He did his best to find a car that fit my budget.
